Plum Crazy
Is it raisins? Plums? Nope, just dried prunes and chocolate chips. People love this boule, crave it, but they suggested a name without the unduly maligned word prune. $6.5
Popeye’s Sweet Olive
Juicy Kalamata olives in their delicious briny oil will make this boule melt in your mouth. While we once folded our olives into the dough, we have refined our process so we can mix then in , though we do not dehydrate them as many other boulangeries do so they can mix the dough in bulk. The end result is a succulent affair with the boule. Go ahead, we won't tell anyone! $6.5
Smokin' Papi
Named for Papi who is a true red, white and blue American success story, Smokin' Papi is the pairing of two Spanish culinary treasures - Chorizo and 12 month aged Manchego - mixed into a delectable boule. An ode to Papi to tell him how proud we are of him. $7
Stinker Heart
Artichoke hearts sweetened by roasted garlic. Bestill our hearts! A bicyle shaped loaf never tasted so good. $7

Who says you can’t get the piece with the most crust? A small loaf for the crust lover in all of us! Perfect for parties and even better as a gift. We offer singular boules as Boule Bites and as a Sampler so our boulees can test taste all our savory boule offerings. Available varieties include Plain Jane, Club Med, Dolce Asiago, Farm Parm, Popeye's Sweet Olive, Stinker Belle, Twisted Belle and Plum Crazy. This is a special order item and must be dibbed. Plan ahead so we can ably serve your taste buds.

Figtastic!
Don't fig out on us, kids, but do go Figtastic! Black Mission Figs reduced in Marsala wine fill this boule-licious gem. Our mouths water just thinking about breaking this one open. Serve it with a cut of your favorite meat, a side of veggies and a slice of cheese. Made even finer when served with fresh greens coated in a warm onion vinaigrette. Dinner has never been finer since Figtastic! came along.
Stinker Belle
Stinky food never tasted so good! Belle is a roasted garlic-infused boule. Sniff, sniff.
