Wisconsin's finest ingredients (or at least two of them) come together to make this faux a delight, mild Wisconsin Cheddar with Granny Smith apple slices. $8

Faux Cheddar Head with Bacon
Some days its smoked bacon, other days its applewood smoked bacon.  However you build it, they will come as Kevin Costner once uttered in some movie.  Batter up!  $8

Faux Dolce Asiago
Gentle and sweet.  Ha.  This faux has bite and you’ll savor every one, and might do something not so gentle and sweet to get the last piece.  $7.5

Faux Farm Parm
No skimping on parmesan atop this faux.  One bite will have you thinking you have bought the farm… Well, you know the rest.  $7.5

Faux Herb
Our closest to a Plain Jane within the faux family.  Sprinkled liberally with oregano, thyme and rosemary, Herb gets along with many meals far and wide.  $7.5

Faux Lemon Rose
Our very own candied lemon served along side fresh rosemary and finally drizzled with a balmsamic vinegar reduction.  This little wonder is what got the faux family's inventions under way.  Even when everyone asked, why would you ever put that on a bread, this little faux that could, kept chugging.  Now requested through word of mouth as do you have that lemon bread... Bellissimo!  $8

Faux Red Jammer
Our homemade red onion jam - the onions are bathed in balsamic vinegar, red wine, lemon juice and fresh rosemary for a few hours to provide a fantastic balance of sweet and sour.  Delightful when warmed up then served with a cool, crumbly goat cheese.  $8

Faux Signori Pignoli (contains walnuts and pine nuts)
A finer man of a faux could not be found.  The most succulent walnut basil pesto is slathered over the entire faux then smothered in shaved parmesan and pine nutes.

Faux Tator Sage
Baker business woman Lucia contends sage is a great ingredient and if it were not for her good taste all you sage fans would be out of luck!  Enjoy this one and thank your luck stars Lucia made the tragic error of offering to work in our kitchen way back when.  Without her, Necessity Baking Co. might not have made it and this faux would never have seen the light of day.  Savor this good fortune as I do everyday.  $8
