Baguette
A traditional baguette made in a real
grown up oven that once kept the
length of our version to a mini me
portion.  $4.25

Farmer John (contains walnuts)
Rye, walnuts and raisins.  What more
can be said about this work horse -
serve with a soft cheese for savory or
go to the sweeter side with butter and
honey or jam.  Isn't he a swell fella?  $7

Oatie
Rolled oats, wheat and a wee bit of
clover honey make this boule one to
write home about (or better yet just
take home and eat).  $6

Olive Fougasse
Rye with marinated kalamata olive,
shaped into the traditional French
leaf shape - a fougasse.  $7

Pucker
A true sourdough made solely with natural wild yeast grown right in our bakery - not bought from a commercial firm.  Pucker has all the telltale signs of sourdough beauty - acetic acid created through the firmation process creates a natural sugar exterior from which the beautiful blistering comes.  She's a dandy!  $6

Stay Spot Stay
A cinnamon raisin boule to beat the drum.  Thompson raisins pre-plumped with good old fashion water join a load of cinnamon and, can you believe it, molasses to make one delightful boule.  $6.5

With the Grain (otherwise known as WTGs)
WTG hearts you.  A whole wheat boule filled with quenched wheat berries, certain to leave your thirst for a rockin' wheat bread fulfilled.  A wee bit of molasses is always with the grain...  "Let the grain be with you, Luke!  Let the grain be with you!"  $6.5

Wry Rye
As one fine boulee says, the Wry Rye harkens back to some of the finest rye caraway breads found at Old World Bakeries of the East Coast.  We'll happily accept this comparison any day of the week.  Made in part from a multi-step Rye sourdough build, this loaf epitomizes that time does make the loaf.  $6.5
